All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase. Once processed, your product moves into packaging and dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

We deliver across India within 5 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your location and courier partner performance.

Shipping Method & Tracking

We work with trusted logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.

Delays

2. Return & Refund Policy

At GHARSUTRA, we ensure every item goes through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, broken, or defective products.

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Proof in the form of clear unboxing videos of the damaged item is mandatory. 

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, including all original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Returns are not accepted for minor color or texture variations, as these may occur due to screen differences or handcrafted nature.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or wrong size choice.

Return Procedure

  2. Include your order number, issue description, and videos of the damage.

  3. After verification, we will guide you through the return process.

  4. Depending on your location, we will either schedule a pickup or ask you to courier the item back.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will either replace the item or initiate a refund.

Refund Timeline

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Refunds will not be issued without return verification.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they haven’t been dispatched.

  • After dispatch, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
